Most Attractive Lake of the World is Ansoo Lake (BT&TS)

Ansoo Lake is situated in Kaghan Valley Mansehra locality of the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. It is established near Malika Parbat in the Himalayan variety at the altitude of 4,245 meters (13,927 ft). This lagoon is considered to be one of the most attractive lagoons of the world.

The title "Ansoo" comes from its tear-like shape (the Urdu phrase Ansoo means teardrop). The lake furthermore resembles a human eye with a centered ice island resembling the iris and a ridge resembling an eyebrow, which becomes even more prominent when ice dissolves on the "eyebrow" during the summer. This ridge was partially decimated in the 2005 Kashmir earthquake.
